Whenever a client calls our office, I take down their information. I’ll take accident details and make sure everything is entered accurately into our intake system. Staying in communication with our clients is key. It’s important to make sure they’re aware of what step comes next and what to expect throughout their case.

I’m the person who handles the intake, and I like to be as detailed as possible during that first contact. Learning everything I can about the accident and the client’s injuries helps me understand where the case might be headed. There’s a process to follow to achieve a final settlement, and knowing our clients well helps us get there.
